There are three nearby hotel options available for the January Interim Session providing options for different budget levels.  

Spaces are limited, book your accommodation before registering for the meeting.  Book early to avoid disappointment.

Important:  Accommodation booking deadline for all three hotels is December 11, 2024.

Note: Below hotels are ones where we have a negotiated rate, however these are just options and attendees are free to book at other hotels without any registration fee changes.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received more than 20 days prior to your first booked date is without penalty

  • Cancellations received on or after 9 days prior but more than 1 day prior to your first booked date will incur 20% fee of one day's stay.
  • Cancellations received within 1 day (or no show) prior to your first booked date will incur 100% fee of entire stay.
