Booking Deadline: December 15, 2023 at 5PM EST
The deadline for booking your accommodation at the specially discounted rate for IEEE delegates at the Hilton Panama is December 15, 2023. Bookings made on or after December 15, 2023 5PM EST will be based on the hotels availability and rate of the day. The discounted rate negotiated for attendees of the 2024 January IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Session will NOT be available.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING THE RESERVATION FORM:
The discounted rate is provided from January 8 to January 23, 2024, subject to availability of rooms at the time of reservation to accommodate those who wish to extend their visit.

- If you wish to book a suite, Government rate or additional person, please contact the hotel directly and quote IEEE, as only the standard room (single and double occupancy) is able to be booked online
- Rate Extension: The Group Rate will be offered from January 8 - January 23, 2024
- No penalty charges for Group members who cancel 72 hours prior to arrival date
- Children up to 5 years old do not pay for accommodation if accompanied by an adult.
Conditions of Booking
Deadline for Accommodation Booking
The deadline for booking your accommodation at the Hilton Panama is December 15, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Please make sure you book your hotel room prior to this date. Bookings after this date will be based on the hotel's availability and rates.
Breakfast
Breakfast will be served in the Society Café at the Hilton Hotel. Should breakfast be taken in the bedroom, the prevailing menu price plus service charge will apply.
Change of Booking
Any changes to a reservation must be notified directly to the Hilton Hotel.
Check in and Check out Times
Check in time is 15:00 and check out is at 12:00 noon. Early check in and late check outs are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel and/or make changes up to 72 hours in advance of your arrival date without penalty. After that you will be charged for your entire stay. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, a departure fee may be charged.
